cancellation policy
1. Cancellation of appointments must occur no less than 24 hrs prior to your appointment. If the appointment is canceled less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, the client will be subject to a no show fee of $25 that will be required to be prepaid before attending the next scheduled appointment. This fee is nonrefundable.
2. Any client that schedules an appointment and does not show for said appointment and attempts to schedule another appointment will be required to pay a deposit of 50% total cost of service they are choosing, which is non refundable
3. Please be on time for appointment as lateness affects the next clients appointment time. Any client later than 15 minutes will be subject to cancellation and deposit required for next service, which is non refundable. If you are running late and it is decided to carry on with services, you will only have the time that is left, and full payment is still required.
4. Services purchased in bundles must be used in 4 weeks from original purchase. After the four week time frame, unused services will be null and void.
5. There will be no refunds on any service provided and deposits are non refundable
